Magisk Delta Overview
Kitsune Magisk is an open-source software created by HuskyDG (Nguyen Hoang The Vi) from Vietnam. Also known as kitsune APK, it is a fork of the official Magisj.
Delta Kitsune restores features that were removed or limited in the original version, offering enhanced control and customization for rooted Android devices.
Core Features
Bootloop Protection
If an incompatible or incorrect file is installed and the zygote process fails to start multiple times, the device will reboot into core-only mode (safe mode). This helps protect you from the dreaded bootloop.
Core-only mode
In Core Only Mode, no extra modules will be loaded — only MagiskSU and MagiskHide (core features) will function. Reboot to apply changes.
Monet Theme
Monet is a built-in Android 12+ feature that changes colors based on your wallpaper. Delta uses this for its design but doesn’t add the feature itself.

⚠️ Before downloading, make sure your device bootloader is unlocked. If it’s locked, unlock it first
Download and Install Kitsune from Scratch
Click on the button and download it.
- Open your file manager, locate the downloaded file, and copy the APK.
- Paste it into a folder and rename the APK file extension to .zip.
- Now, power off your phone and boot into TWRP recovery mode.
- In TWRP, tap on Backup and create a Boot backup. (This is important in case something goes wrong or your phone gets stuck in a bootloop.)
- After the backup, tap Install, click Storage, select SD card, then click the Kitsune zip and swipe to confirm flash.
- Once done, wipe Dalvik and cache, then reboot your system.
- If the Katsudon app doesn’t appear after reboot, install the Katsudon APK manually from the one you downloaded earlier.
- Open the Katsudon app, tap on “Direct Install”, and then reboot your phone again.
- That’s it! Magisk Kitsune is now installed successfully.
Upgrade Magisk to Magisk Kitsune
- Download the latest debug APK.
- Once the download is complete, rename the .apk file to .zip.
- Open the Magisk app on your device.
- Go to the Modules section in Magisk, then tap on Install from Storage.
- Select the renamed .zip file and install it via Magisk.
- Once installation is complete, reboot your device.
- After rebooting, you’ll see a new app named Kitsune Mask — this is the new name for Delta Magisk.
- Open the Kitsune Mask app, and it will prompt you to upgrade to the full version of Magisj to finish the setup.
- Tap OK to proceed.
- The download and upgrade process may take a few moments, depending on your internet speed.
